In 1994, Ray White Financial Services (RWFS) was established in response to the evolving needs of Ray White clients.
Growing demands on people’s time combined with an ever-increasing range of home loan and related products made it more difficult for clients to effectively evaluate products and features. This ultimately made the home loan process an unenjoyable and frustrating experience.
RWFS was formed to make the process of buying and selling property through Ray White even easier.
Firstly, we wanted to ensure we offered our clients choice.
RWFS acts as an agent for a wide range of banks, lenders and insurance companies, and therefore has access to a broad range of products: products to suit each and every individual situation.
Secondly, we wanted to be able to provide a home loan consultation service to our clients for free. We receive an agency fee from the lender or insurer rather than you, the client.
The same products that lenders offer through their individual distribution channels are available from our financial services team. In some instances, we even have access to special products or offers that you may not find elsewhere.
Lastly, but most importantly, we wanted to ensure that our clients were provided with a professional and personal service. Treated like real people with real needs and expectations – at all times.
We currently employ a team of more than 180 personal lending managers, writing in excess of $3.8 billion in home loans per year. That is an approved home loan every 35 minutes of the working day!
Our lending team is fully trained and, where required, accredited with the lenders we represent. All of them have the industry knowledge and skills to provide service excellence in every aspect of their day-to-day business
